Job Requirements

  • Series 7 license
  • Series 63 license
  • Reside within 90 miles of Greater Metro Las Vegas
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales preferred
  • Series 66 license within 90 days of hire
  • Proficient in consultative sales and communication
  • Ability to work remotely and independently
  • Familiarity with tax-exempt retirement products
  • Previous phone center experience preferred

  • Knowledge of tax-exempt retirement products and services highly desirable
  • Previous phone center experience preferred

  • Proven capability to be proactive and demonstrate initiative
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Receptiveness to feedback and willingness to adapt to change

Job Duties

  • Onboarding new participants into their workplace plans by providing education on company match and savings options
  • Supporting consolidation inquiries by proactively asking about prior workplace plans and outside investments and offering suitable solutions
  • Actively engaging tax-exempt retirement plan participants in needs-based analyses to identify appropriate solutions
  • Leveraging guidance and tools to assist customers with retirement readiness
  • Applying consultative selling skills to identify suitable solutions and acquire, retain, and develop assets
  • Understanding and articulating Fidelity viewpoints to provide general education to clients
  • Identifying opportunities for providing more complex guidance and partnering with other Retirement Planner associates
