Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional hospitality to create an experience according to Blue Star standards
- Greet customers and engage in fun, friendly, and positive interactions
- Package in store, online & delivery orders efficiently and accurately with aesthetic presentation in mind
- Craft and serve a variety of high-quality espresso-based drinks, including coffee, matcha, and specialty beverages, while ensuring consistency and adherence to company recipes and standards
- Demonstrate proficiency in all product knowledge including, but not limited to, all donut & beverage offerings, and allergy information
- Uphold all cleanliness and sanitation standards
- includes completing all daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning assignments
