- Read and understand retail production and training manuals
- Multi-task effectively and adapt to frequent changes and unexpected events
- Be a self-starter and work efficiently with minimal supervision

- Work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
- Basic computer skills including use of retail systems and Microsoft Word

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset

Job Duties
- Deliver ACE (Amazing Customer Experience) to all internal and external customers
- Act as an ambassador of Palmetto Goodwill and uphold I-CARE values
- Participate enthusiastically in training and development
- Support a culture of diversity, inclusivity, and belonging
- Receive donations utilizing GRATIS (Greet, Receipt, Assist, Thank, Invite back, Sort)
- Sort, price, and stock hardline and softline donations
- Accurately utilize point-of-sale system to complete sales and request customer round-ups
- Record donations, merchandise production, and complete specified tasks
- Meet established production goals in the retail location
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Demonstrate proficiency in cashier, softline production, donor services, or hardline production roles
- Report security or theft issues to management or appropriate personnel
- Comply with agency policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by store management
