Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have experience working with children and children’s events
- Retail or customer service experience
- Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and use ladders safely
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and carrying

- Retail or customer service experience
- Experience working with children and children’s events
- Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, nonverbal, and listening skills
- Organizational skills and creative problem-solving abilities

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously
- Basic administrative skills for communication and documentation
- Familiarity with store operations and merchandise processes
Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage with clients of all ages to create a fun and creative environment
- Demonstrate and instruct craft projects and perform activities such as face painting
- Facilitate party add-ons according to company standards
- Communicate event details with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards before, during, and after events
- Assist customers with shopping and locating products
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote the Rewards program and credit card enrollments
- Educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- Support operational tasks such as truck unload, stocking, planogram processes
- Complete merchandise recovery and store maintenance
- Participate in store cleanliness activities
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures
- Cross-train in custom framing selling and production
- Act respectfully and positively while representing the company
