Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in retail or customer service
  • Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
  • Capability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes and reach high shelves using ladders
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
  • Engage clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
  • Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and activities such as face painting
  • Facilitate party add-ons like goody bags and balloons to company standards
  • Communicate event details with clients and store team members
  • Complete administrative tasks including answering emails and calls
  • Adjust event plans based on client feedback and create backup plans
  • Ensure client satisfaction and maintain cleanliness and safety standards during events
  • Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
  • Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
  • Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and credit card
  • Educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
  • Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes
  • Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties
  • Perform merchandise recovery and store maintenance
  • Support shrink and safety programs
  • Follow standard operating procedures and company policies
  • Interact respectfully with customers and teammates
  • Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
  • Participate in store cleanliness activities including sweeping and dusting
