Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- engage clients of all ages by creating fun and creative environments
- demonstrate and instruct craft projects and perform activities such as face painting
- facilitate party add-ons like goody bags and balloons following company standards
- communicate events with clients and store team members
- complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- adapt event plans based on client feedback and needs
- create backup plans for events to ensure smooth execution
- ensure client satisfaction for all scheduled events
- uphold cleanliness and safety standards during setup and breakdown
- help customers shop and find products
- provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollment
- educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys
- assist with omnichannel processes like BOPIS and Ship From Store
- unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain planograms
- perform merchandise recovery and store maintenance
- support shrink and safety initiatives
- adhere to SOPs and company policies for compliance
- interact positively and respectfully with customers and team members
- be cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production
- participate in daily store cleaning activities
