Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience working with children and children’s events
  • excellent customer service skills
  • good communication skills including written and verbal
  • ability to remain standing for long periods
  • ability to lift heavy boxes and use ladders
  • ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
  • ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
  • physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, lifting, and carrying
  • must follow company policies and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children’s birthday parties and other craft classes or events
  • engage with clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
  • demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and activities
  • facilitate and implement party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards
  • communicate events with clients and store team members
  • complete administrative tasks like answering emails, making phone calls, and paperwork
  • adjust plans and events based on client feedback and needs
