Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others including guests and co-workers
- must be able to stand for long periods
- ability to move throughout the store
- capability for regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
- ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder
- flexible to work nights, weekends, and early mornings as needed
- must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements for the job

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- engage with clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
- demonstrate and instruct craft projects while performing activities such as face painting
- facilitate and implement party add-ons to company standards
- communicate event details with clients and store team members
- complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- adjust plans based on client feedback and needs
- ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
- uphold cleanliness and safety standards by setting up, breaking down, and cleaning for events
- help customers shop and locate products
- provide fast and friendly checkout experiences
- engage customers on Rewards program and credit card enrollments
- educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes
- participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
- complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- perform Store in Stock Optimization and AD set duties
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies
- interact respectfully and positively with customers and team members
- cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
- participate in daily store cleanliness activities
