Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children and facilitating children’s events
- Retail or customer service experience
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting and reaching
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Commitment to upholding company’s safety and cleanliness standards

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage with clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
- Demonstrate and instruct craft projects, face painting, and other activities
- Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons according to company standards
- Communicate event details with clients and team members
- Complete administrative tasks like answering emails and making phone calls
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and needs
- Create backup plans for emergencies
- Ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards before and after events
- Help customers shop and locate products
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote and enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards
- Educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
- Perform merchandise recovery and maintenance
- Conduct Store in Stock Optimization and AD set duties
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company programs
- Interact with customers and team members respectfully and professionally
- Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness activities
