Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
  • engage clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
  • demonstrate and instruct party participants on craft projects and activities such as face painting
  • facilitate and implement event add-ons like goody bags and balloons
  • communicate event details with clients and store team
  • complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
  • adjust event plans based on client feedback and needs
  • create backup or emergency plans for events
  • ensure client satisfaction for all scheduled events
  • uphold cleanliness and safety standards and clean before and after events
  • assist customers with shopping and locating products
  • provide fast and friendly checkout experience
  • promote and enroll customers in rewards programs and credit cards
  • educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
  • support Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes
  • participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram tasks
  • maintain merchandise recovery
  • perform store stock optimization and assigned duties
  • support shrink and safety programs
  • adhere to company policies and procedures
  • interact respectfully with customers and team members
  • cross-train in custom framing sales and production
  • participate in daily store cleanliness activities
