Job Requirements

- Experience working with children’s events
- Retail or customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage clients of all ages to create a fun and creative environment
- Demonstrate and instruct craft projects and perform activities like face painting
- Facilitate event add-ons such as goody bags and balloons according to company standards
- Communicate event details with clients and team members
- Complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and develop backup plans
- Ensure client satisfaction and uphold safety and cleanliness standards
- Help customers shop and locate products
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experiences
- Engage customers on Rewards program and credit card enrollments
- Educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys
- Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, planogram, and merchandise recovery
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and promote company values
- Cross-train in custom framing selling and production
- Maintain store cleanliness including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and restrooms
