Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in retail or customer service
- experience working with children and coordinating children’s events
- excellent people skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse age groups

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- engage clients of all ages by fostering fun and creativity
- demonstrate and instruct craft projects and activities such as face painting
- facilitate party add-ons like goody bags and balloons to company standards
- communicate event details with clients and store teams
- complete administrative tasks including answering emails and phone calls
- adjust event plans based on client feedback
- create backup plans for emergencies
- ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
- uphold cleanliness and safety standards by setting up and cleaning event areas
- assist customers in shopping and locating products
- provide fast and friendly checkout experiences
- promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
- educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys
- support omnichannel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
- participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
- complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- perform Store in Stock Optimization and associate set duties
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- interact with others respectfully and positively
- cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
- maintain daily store cleanliness including restrooms
