Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- engage clients of all ages by fostering fun and creativity
- demonstrate and instruct craft projects, perform face painting and related activities
- facilitate party add-ons like goody bags and balloons according to company standards
- communicate event details with clients and store team members
- complete administrative tasks such as answering emails, making phone calls, and paperwork
- adjust event plans based on client feedback
- create backup or emergency event plans
- ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
- uphold cleanliness and safety standards, including setup and breakdown before and after events
- help customers shop and locate products
- provide fast, friendly checkout service
- promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
- educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes
- participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
- complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- perform Store in Stock Optimization and AD set duties
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- interact respectfully with others and project a positive image
- cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
- participate in daily store cleanliness activities including sweeping, vacuuming, and dusting
- perform other duties as assigned
