- experience working with children and children’s events

- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with diverse customers and coworkers
- basic proficiency in event coordination
Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- engage clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
- demonstrate and instruct craft projects and perform activities like face painting
- facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons
- communicate event details with clients and store team
- complete administrative tasks including emails and phone calls
- adapt event plans based on client feedback and needs
- create backup or emergency event plans
- ensure client satisfaction for all events
- uphold cleanliness and safety standards including setup and breakdown before and after events
- help customers shop and locate products
- provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- promote Rewards program and credit card enrollments
- educate customers on feedback surveys
- assist with omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store
- participate in truck unloading, stocking, and merchandising
- maintain merchandise recovery and store presentation
- support shrink and safety programs
- follow Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- interact respectfully and positively with guests and team members
- cross-train in custom framing sales and production
- participate in daily store cleanliness tasks
