Job Duties
- plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- engage with clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
- demonstrate and instruct craft projects and activities such as face painting
- facilitate and implement party add-ons like goody bags and balloons according to company standards
- communicate effectively with clients and store team members regarding event details
- complete administrative tasks including answering emails, making phone calls, and paperwork
- adjust event plans based on client feedback and needs
- create backup plans for events as necessary
- ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards by setting up and cleaning after events
- help customers shop and locate products
- provide fast and friendly checkout service
- promote and enroll customers in rewards programs and credit cards
- educate customers on customer feedback surveys
- assist with omnichannel services including BOPIS and SFS
- participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
- complete merchandise recovery and store maintenance
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies
- interact respectfully and positively with customers and team members
- cross-train in custom framing sales and production
- participate in daily store cleanliness including sweeping and restroom maintenance
