Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and use ladders
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and early mornings

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or customer service experience
- Experience working with children and managing children's events
- Strong communication skills including verbal, written and nonverbal
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle job stress and maintain positive interactions
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Basic administrative skills for email and phone communications
- Ability to learn and follow company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage with guests of all ages by fostering a fun and creative environment
- Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects, face painting, and activities
- Facilitate party add-ons like goody bags and balloons according to company standards
- Communicate event details with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks such as emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and create emergency backup plans
- Help customers shop and locate products while providing solutions
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience and promote Rewards and Credit Card enrollments
- Assist with omnichannel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
- Participate in merchandise stocking, truck unloading, and planogram processes
- Maintain store recovery standards and support shrink and safety programs
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and company policies for compliance and safety
- Interact positively and respectfully with customers and team members
- Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production
- Participate in store cleanliness including sweeping, dusting, and restroom maintenance
- Perform other duties as assigned
