Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail or customer service experience
- Experience working with children and children's events
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
- Strong communication skills including written, verbal, and listening
- Organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and reaching
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Must comply with all federal, state, and local legal requirements

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage guests of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
- Demonstrate and instruct craft projects and perform activities such as face painting
- Manage party add-ons including goody bags and balloons according to company standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks like answering emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and ensure client satisfaction
- Set up, break down, and clean event areas while upholding cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist customers in shopping and locating products
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote rewards and credit card programs and complete enrollments
- Educate customers on the Voice of Customer survey
- Support Omni channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
- Maintain merchandise recovery and store cleanliness
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements
- Maintain positive and respectful interactions with customers and team members
- Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness tasks
