- Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify delays
- informs members when products are unavailable and offers alternatives
- ensures products are selected and packaged according to policies
- dispenses items upon member arrival
- resolves member issues
- promotes company products and services
- maintains facility safety through safety sweeps
- follows merchandise handling procedures
- reports unsafe situations
- provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs
- assists with purchasing decisions
- processes purchases and payments
- utilizes cash registers
- locates and organizes merchandise
- zones designated areas
- organizes and maintains availability of carts and flatbeds
- assists members with transporting items
- maintains parking lot cleanliness
- complies with company policies and standards of ethics
- completes work assignments using resources and collaborating with others
- adapts to change and feedback
