Job Duties

Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed
informs members when products are unavailable and offers alternative products
ensures products are selected and packaged per company policies
dispenses items during member pickup
resolves member issues and concerns
promotes the company’s products and services
maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations
provides member service by greeting members and assisting with purchasing decisions
processes member purchases using cash registers
locates and organizes merchandise and zones designated areas
organizes and maintains availability of carts and flatbeds
assists members loading vehicles and transporting items
utilizes cart retrieval equipment according to policies
maintains parking lot cleanliness
complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards
completes work assignments by collaborating with managers and co-workers and communicating progress
adapts to change and feedback
