Job Duties
- Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed
- informs members when products are unavailable
- offers members alternative product options
- ensures products are selected and packaged according to company policies
- dispenses items when members arrive for pickup
- resolves member issues and concerns
- promotes company products and services
- Maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps
- follows procedures for handling merchandise
- reports unsafe situations to management
- Provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- processes member purchases
- assists with payments according to company policies
- utilizes cash registers
- locates and organizes merchandise
- zones designated areas
- organizes and maintains availability of carts and flatbeds
- assists members with transporting items
- maintains parking lot cleanliness
- Complies with company policies and applies ethical standards
