Job Duties
- Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed
- informs members when products are unavailable and offers alternative product options
- ensures products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures
- ensures items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup
- resolves member issues and concerns
- promotes the company's products and services
- maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations
- provides member service by greeting members and identifying needs
- assists members with purchasing decisions and payment processing
- utilizes cash registers for transactions
- locates and organizes merchandise and zones designated areas
- organizes and maintains availability of carts and flatbeds
- assists members with transporting items and loads vehicles
- utilizes cart retrieval equipment
- maintains parking lot cleanliness
- complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics
- communicates progress and collaborates with team members
- adapts to and learns from change and feedback
