Job Duties

  • Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed
  • informs members when products are unavailable and offers alternative product options
  • ensures products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures
  • ensures items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup
  • resolves member issues and concerns
  • promotes the company's products and services
  • maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations
  • provides member service by greeting members and identifying needs
  • assists members with purchasing decisions and payment processing
  • utilizes cash registers for transactions
  • locates and organizes merchandise and zones designated areas
  • organizes and maintains availability of carts and flatbeds
  • assists members with transporting items and loads vehicles
  • utilizes cart retrieval equipment
  • maintains parking lot cleanliness
  • complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics
  • communicates progress and collaborates with team members
  • adapts to and learns from change and feedback
