Job Duties
- Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed
- informs members when products are unavailable and offers alternative product options
- ensures products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures
- dispenses items when members arrive for pickup
- resolves member issues and concerns
- promotes the companys products and services
- maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and correcting reported unsafe situations
- provides member service by acknowledging members and assisting with purchasing decisions
- processes member purchases and payments
- utilizes cash registers for transactions
- locates and organizes merchandise
- zones designated areas
- organizes and maintains availability of carts and flatbeds
- assists members with transporting items and loading vehicles
- maintains parking lot cleanliness
- complies with company policies and ethics standards
- completes assigned work priorities and communicates progress
- identifies and recommends improvement opportunities
- adapts to change and learns from feedback
