Job Duties
- Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed
- informs members when products are unavailable and offers alternative options
- selects and packages products according to company policies
- dispenses items during member pickup
- resolves member issues and concerns
- promotes company products and services
- maintains facility safety by conducting safety sweeps
- follows procedures for handling merchandise
- corrects and reports unsafe situations to management
- provides member service by greeting and identifying member needs
- assists with purchasing decisions
- processes purchases and payments according to company policies
- utilizes cash registers to assist with transactions
- locates and organizes merchandise
- zones designated areas
- maintains availability of carts and flatbeds
- assists members with transporting items
- maintains cleanliness of parking lot
- utilizes cart retrieval equipment
- adheres to company policies and ethics standards
- collaborates with managers and co-workers to complete work assignments and address improvement opportunities
- communicates progress and adapts to feedback and change
