Job Duties
- Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed
- informs members when products are unavailable and offers alternative options
- ensures products are selected and packaged per company policies
- dispenses items when members arrive for pickup
- resolves member issues and concerns
- promotes the company’s products and services
- maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and correcting unsafe situations
- provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs
- assists members with purchasing decisions and processing transactions
- locates and organizes merchandise
- zones designated areas
- organizes and maintains availability of carts and flatbeds
- assists members with transporting items
- utilizes cart retrieval equipment
- maintains parking lot cleanliness
- complies with company policies, ethics, and procedures
- completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, co-workers, and business partners
- communicates progress and adapts to change
- delivers exceptional customer service and member experience regardless of weather conditions
