Job Duties
- Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify of delays
- informs members when products are unavailable and offers alternatives
- ensures products are selected and packaged according to company policies
- dispenses items when members arrive for pickup
- resolves member issues and concerns
- promotes the company’s products and services
- maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations
- provides member service by greeting and identifying member needs
- assists members with purchasing decisions and transactions
- locates and organizes merchandise
- zones designated areas
- organizes and maintains availability of carts and flatbeds
- assists members with transporting items
- maintains parking lot cleanliness and safety
- complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- communicates progress and information to managers and coworkers
- adapts to change and feedback
- uses cart retrieval equipment appropriately
