Job Duties
- Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed
- informs members when products are unavailable
- offers alternative product options when needed
- selects and packages products according to company policies and procedures
- dispenses items when members arrive for pickup
- resolves member issues and concerns
- promotes company products and services
- maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps
- follows procedures for handling merchandise
- reports unsafe situations to management
- acknowledges members and identifies their needs
- assists members with purchasing decisions
- processes member purchases and payments
- utilizes cash registers for transactions
- locates and organizes merchandise
- zones designated areas
- organizes and maintains availability of carts and flatbeds
- assists members with transporting items
- maintains parking lot cleanliness
