Job Duties
- Ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed
- informs members when products are unavailable and offers alternative product options
- ensures products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures
- dispenses items to members upon arrival for pickup
- resolves member issues and concerns
- promotes the company's products and services
- maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations
- provides member service by greeting and identifying member needs
- assists members with purchasing decisions and payments
- utilizes cash registers to assist members with transactions
- locates and organizes merchandise
- zones designated areas
- maintains availability of carts and flatbeds
- assists members with transporting items
- uses cart retrieval equipment
- maintains cleanliness of parking lot
