Job Duties
- ensures club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed
- informs members when products are unavailable and offers alternative options
- ensures products are selected and packaged according to company policies
- dispenses items when members arrive for pickup
- resolves member issues and concerns
- maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations
- provides member service by greeting members, assisting with purchases, processing transactions, and promoting company products
- organizes and maintains availability of carts and flatbeds
- assists members with transporting items
- maintains parking lot cleanliness
- complies with company policies and procedures
