Job Duties
- Ensure club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify delays
- inform members when products are unavailable
- offer alternative product options
- ensure proper selection and packaging of products
- dispense items for pickup
- resolve member issues and concerns
- maintain safety of facility
- conduct safety sweeps
- follow merchandise handling procedures
- correct and report unsafe situations
- provide member service by acknowledging and greeting members
- assist with purchasing decisions and payment processing
- utilize cash registers for transactions
- locate and organize merchandise
- zone designated areas
- promote company products and services
- organize and maintain availability of carts and flatbeds
- assist members with transporting items
- operate cart retrieval equipment
- maintain cleanliness of parking lot
- comply with company policies and ethical standards
