Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ability to stand for long periods
- must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- physical ability to handle lifting and assisting members with loading
- willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- basic knowledge of safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is an asset
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- basic math skills for transaction processing
- ability to stand for extended periods
- problem-solving skills
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Duties
- Ensures club pick up orders are filled and members are notified of delays
- informs members when products are unavailable and offers alternatives
- maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations
- provides exceptional customer service by greeting members and assisting with purchasing decisions
- processes member purchases using cash registers
- organizes and maintains availability of carts and flatbeds
- maintains cleanliness of parking lot and member areas
