Job Duties
- Ensures club pickup orders are filled by notifying members of delays and product availability
- assists members with purchasing decisions and transactions
- maintains cleanliness and safety of parking lot and facility
- manages availability and organization of carts and flatbeds
- provides exceptional customer service and resolves member issues
- conducts safety sweeps and reports unsafe conditions
- promotes company products and services
