Job Duties
- Welcome every guest as they enter the store
- Build lasting relationships with guests and identify their needs
- Prepare, sell, and assist guests with food items following quality, safety, and efficiency standards
- Solve problems by finding answers and solutions to guest and team member needs
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold brand standards for a safe and inviting environment
- Operate cash registers and complete tasks like stocking shelves and cleaning restrooms
- Provide personalized guest experiences as host/hostess, including promoting programs and products
