Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the store
- Build lasting relationships with guests by understanding and meeting their needs
- Prepare and serve food items adhering to recipe standards and brand quality
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the store and kitchen areas
- Solve guest and team member issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Participate actively in cross-training to perform multiple job functions during a shift
