Job Duties
- Welcome and greet every guest as they enter the store
- Build lasting relationships by understanding guest needs
- Execute multiple tasks including cash register operation and inventory stocking
- Prepare and serve food maintaining quality and safety standards
- Learn and operate the barista station preparing handcrafted beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold brand standards throughout the store
- Problem-solve guest and team needs to ensure satisfaction and repeat visits
