Job Duties
- welcome every guest as they walk in the door
- build lasting relationships with every guest and get to know their needs
- prepare, sell, and assist guests with food items ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency
- resolve guest issues promptly to ensure repeat business
- maintain cleanliness and uphold brand standards across all areas
- operate cash register, stock shelves, clean facilities, and promote marketing campaigns
- provide food and drink samples while educating guests on offerings and promotions
