Job Duties

  • Report to store manager ensuring work duties are accurately performed
  • monitor the flow of all shipments and ensure prompt follow up with discrepancies
  • assist with year-end inventory counts including preparation
  • determine appropriate methods of shipping and prepare relevant paperwork as needed
  • ensure all stock areas are neat, clean and orderly per company standard
  • complete basic luggage repairs using small hand tools
  • perform box counts and validate against bills of lading, ensuring discrepancies, shortages or damages are reported immediately
  • assist selling floor with product placement and stock recovery
  • complete transfer forms
  • receive merchandise onto selling floor
  • ensure cash wraps are fully stocked with operational supplies per store readiness
  • ensure accurate tracking and placement of all paid goods
  • perform deliveries as requested
  • assist client advisors on the sales floor as needed
  • utilize the R-client tool to connect with clients regarding their repairs or to propose new products when appropriate
  • handle new projects as required by management or business needs
