Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- greet customers warmly and engage in genuine conversations to understand their needs
- assist customers in expressing personal style by sharing product knowledge and fashion trends
- maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor and fitting rooms
- promote Macy's loyalty programs and encourage customers to join
- assist with merchandise moves and updating signs and pricing
- operate cash registers and process transactions accurately
- collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals
