Job Requirements
- Management or shift lead experience in retail, restaurant, or food industry
- Proven track record of delivering consistent results
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Food safety manager certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Extensive walking and moderate lifting in a retail space
- Ability to work in moderate to high noise levels
- Ability to work in refrigerated and cold conditions
- Ability to handle food products and cleaning chemicals

Job Duties
- Schedule team to execute events in assigned location
- Hire, develop, retain team members to ensure on-date execution of events
- Build relationships with store level team members
- Collaborate across internal teams to effectively execute successful events
- Manage a team of up to 25 staff
- Plan and execute retail events
- Maintain communication with retail management and internal support teams
