Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years of experience as an inventory associate or similar role
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong time management skills
- excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours
- ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
- comfortable learning and training handheld scanners or count tools
- strong focus and attention to detail
- reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
- positive, team-oriented attitude
- access to reliable transportation
- willingness to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report and drug screen if required
- valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, or meeting WIS fleet driver requirements if applicable

Job Duties
- Coach and train inventory associates for accuracy and consistency
- follow a clear, standardized workflow to achieve operational excellence
- lead and engage inventory teams as primary point of contact during events
- manage and resolve event-related concerns promptly
- uphold and demonstrate core company values including safety and teamwork
- assist with planning and executing district travel and equipment logistics
- act as backup to the Area Manager when necessary
