Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
  • Comfort learning and training handheld scanners or count tools
  • Strong focus and attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen if required
  • Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required

Job Duties

  • Coach and train Inventory Associates for accuracy and consistency
  • Follow a clear and consistent workflow
  • Lead and engage team members while resolving event-related concerns
  • Support and execute directives from Area or District Managers
  • Drive operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement
  • Uphold Core Values of Service, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork
  • Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment
