Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years experience as an inventory associate or similar role
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong time-management skills
- proficient customer service and conflict resolution skills
- ability to work flexible and varied hours
- valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance or meeting fleet driver requirements if applicable

Job Duties
- lead and train inventory associates during inventory events
- supervise and manage daily inventory tasks
- act as the first point of contact for resolving event concerns
- support area and district managers in operational activities
- ensure exceptional customer service and effective conflict resolution
- promote a safe and inclusive work environment
- facilitate team engagement and productivity
