Job Requirements
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, reach, lift, speak and hear
- Lift up to 35 lbs for clinical staff and up to 50 lbs for non-clinical staff
- Use assisted-lift devices or seek assistance for lifting over limits
- Ability to work full time
- Proactive and able to supervise staff effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience in retail supervision or management preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Ability to work early shifts and maintain punctuality
- Reliable and detail oriented
Job Duties
- Ensure cashiers follow cash handling and reporting policies and procedures in retail and coffee shop
- Maintain safes and all cash for the department
- Supervise all retail staff
- Coordinate training for retail employees
- Participate in all activities of the retail areas
- Ensure retail operations are ready to open fifteen minutes before scheduled times for pre-meal checks
- Maintain the appearance of retail and dining areas
