Job Requirements
- Sensitive to guest needs
- Ability to work with people with disabilities or special needs preferred
- Competent in computer use and software applications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, monetary, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- Completion of background check
- Ability to move independently or with accommodation
- Physically able to perform job tasks
- Able to lift 20-100 pounds with assistance
- Able to stand, stoop, bend, or carry for extended periods
- Able to stand and walk entire shift
- Tolerance to temperature and humidity changes
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and longer shifts
- May work more than 40 hours weekly
- 0-2 years previous experience
Job Qualifications

- Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Supervise retail sales floor activities to meet goals
- Serve as supervisor in charge of the facility when needed
- Ensure high level of guest and donor service
- Enforce Easterseals-Goodwill policies and procedures
- Cross-train and assist in all retail operations
- Respond to changing priorities and move between assignments
- Perform duties according to established best practices
