Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weeknights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, sit, and remain stationary for long periods
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach overhead and horizontally
- Comfortable working at heights
- Exposure to noise and vibrations
- Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Job Duties
- Provide best-in-class customer service and experience to our fans
- Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge
- Respond promptly to fans' questions and assist with directions within the store/arena
- Create and update fan profile records
- Notify fans about preferred customer sales and future merchandise
- Assist with inventory processes, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Support retail operations during all events
- Alert management of potential security issues
