Job Requirements
- valid driver's license with clean record
- ability to travel nationwide
- ability to work overnight shifts
- availability to work evenings, weekends and extended out-of-town periods
- owns and can use hand and power tools
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to perform physical tasks including stooping, walking, bending, climbing and pushing
- must demonstrate good judgment and respect for others
- must maintain safety compliance during all tasks
Job Qualifications
- prior construction experience preferred
- experience with home improvement stores, big box retail, pharmacy, planograms, national rollouts, remodels and new stores
- deep understanding of merchandising
- knowledge of national racking standards
- strong self-management skills
- ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- ability to understand work instructions and blueprints
Job Duties
- work with teams traveling to multiple retail locations throughout the US
- responsible for compliance with all safety program requirements
- arrange and place products on shelves according to blueprints and planograms
- install fixtures such as pallet racking and gondolas
- dismantle, assemble and place a variety of retail fixtures
- decipher plans and prints
- maintain quality and safety during store resets and remodels
