Job Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- pursuing a college degree
- able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- able to perform physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- able to work scheduled hours
- availability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- pass a pre-employment drug screen

Job Duties
- Maintains a positive attitude

- assists management in pricing and blends for profitability
- assists with ad and promotional displays, ensures product quality and quantity
- helps meet store standards for customer service and profitability
- uses and understands store technology
- assists in forecasting and reviewing labor schedules
- assists with replenishing shelves and constructing displays
- adheres to company policies and guidelines
- reports to work as scheduled
