Job Duties
- Lead and manage the store including compliance to SOPs and company policies
- deliver sales plan, profit plan and other KPIs
- lead execution of customer brand promises
- implement and lead shrink and safety programs
- use company tools to set, prioritize and communicate goals
- hire, train, observe and coach team members
- lead performance management and disciplinary processes
- identify talent and develop team members
- promote positive interaction and commitment to company vision
- serve as Manager on Duty
- maintain operational understanding of all store departments and ensure cross-training
