Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the store including compliance to SOPs and company policies
  • deliver sales plan, profit plan and other KPIs
  • lead execution of customer brand promises
  • implement and lead shrink and safety programs
  • use company tools to set, prioritize and communicate goals
  • hire, train, observe and coach team members
  • lead performance management and disciplinary processes
  • identify talent and develop team members
  • promote positive interaction and commitment to company vision
  • serve as Manager on Duty
  • maintain operational understanding of all store departments and ensure cross-training
