Job Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of the store including adherence to standard operating procedures and company policies
- deliver sales plan, profit plan, and other key performance indicators
- lead execution of customer brand promises
- implement and lead shrink and safety programs
- use company tools to set, prioritize, and communicate goals
- hire, train, observe, and coach team members
- lead performance management and disciplinary processes
- identify and develop team member talent
- serve as manager on duty
- maintain operational understanding of all store departments and ensure cross training among managers
