Job Requirements

- minimum of 3 years retail management experience
- demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- proficiency in basic computer applications
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform some lifting
- passion for outdoor and tactical gear
