Job Requirements

  • Must be 21+ years old
  • Must pass a federal background check via Live scan in certain markets
  • No DUIs
  • Report all driving violations to store leadership
  • Responsible for all vehicle citations
  • Ability to lift minimum 50lbs
  • Able to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Ability to stand and walk frequently during shifts
  • Pass pre-employment checks as required
  • Valid driver’s license and insured driver status
  • Must demonstrate professional integrity
  • Must show ability to communicate effectively
  • Able to work in a professional cannabis store environment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service in a retail environment
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a driver in retail or hospitality
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Insured as a driver
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Knowledge of point of sales systems
  • Ability to follow compliance regulations
  • Experience with shipping and receiving processes beneficial
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Previous delivery experience preferred
  • Previous cannabis industry experience preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to adapt to a highly regulated business environment
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • B.A. preferred but experience is paramount

Job Duties

  • Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging the customer through conversation and exceptional service
  • Enhance the store environment and atmosphere by focusing on customer interactions over tasks
  • Exhibit excellent floor presence by following customer standards, product placement and time management
  • Prioritize product knowledge and actively engage in all store trainings to ensure ongoing education
  • Communicate department insights to direct supervisor
  • Assist in upholding company customer service standards
  • Support designated promotions and in-store events to drive growth and engagement
  • Load, transport, and deliver items to customers
  • Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles
  • Accept payments for delivered items
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering questions or resolving issues
  • Adhere to assigned delivery routes and shift schedules including breaks
  • Abide by transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
  • Assist the team with shipping and receiving processes as needed
  • Maintain clean and organized backstock areas
  • Operate point of sale systems with accuracy and compliance
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety procedures
  • Train in loss prevention and oversee adherence to prevention practices
  • Maintain a neat and organized store environment
  • Support merchandising and display products
  • Adapt professionally to changes required by the business
  • Act with integrity and provide constructive feedback
  • Make smart decisions and take initiative to improve performance
  • Communicate effectively and develop partnerships within the team
  • Uphold excellent customer service skills and service-oriented culture
